Principal Recruitment Delivery Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Leeds office 2 days/week) + Remote
About the Role
Join a values‑driven digital agency where your work really makes a difference. You’ll be developing high‑traffic, performance‑critical backend systems for organisations with impact—from cultural institutions to public‑sector bodies. You’ll work alongside front‑end developers, designers and project leads to build secure, scalable, and fast‑performing platforms, primarily in PHP and using Drupal.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong PHP skills with a framework‑based approach
* Experience optimising performance for large‑scale sites
* Solid understanding of web security best practices and resource/performance tuning
* Experience with Git and collaborative development
* Excellent communication, estimation and team mentoring experience
* Bonus: Drupal experience, Cloudflare, Python/Django or Vue.js
What You’ll Get
