Customer Service Administrator - Hazardous Waste Treatment 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (8am-4pm) The main purpose of this role is to manage key strategic accounts and grow new customer accounts and to manage key strategic accounts and grow new customer accounts. Key Responsibilities for this role: Ensure incoming customer calls and e-mails are answered promptly and professionally. Work with the customer to achieve first call / contact resolution where possible. Ensure that all systems are up to date with required information and in line with internal and external compliance. To ensure an effective customer service is given to the highest standards in line with internal quality guidelines. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring a strong, positive and profession relationship is built. Ensure a positive relationship is developed with key stakeholders including relevant Regional Operational Management. Make sure clients receive requested products/services in a timely fashion Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals whilst meeting company goals Essential criteria for this role: GCSE in Math and English Computer Literate (Microsoft office packages, email) Experience in a customer service environment High level of complaint handling and call control skills Ability to communicate in writing, on a one to one basis, via the phone with all levels including management, team members, internal and external customer Biffa – we’re changing the way people think about waste At Biffa, we love working with waste.
