Research Delivery Officer - Law - Predominantly Remote
A highly respected law firm has a requirement for a Research Delivery Officer. This role sits within the research function but is primarily responsible for compiling regulatory updates using Manzama as a content aggregator and editing, refining, tailoring and publishing these updates to the firms client portals that are hosted on HighQ. The role works closely with multiple internal stakeholder groups including Knowledge Lawyers, Research and Legal Tech. This is also a client facing role in which the successful applicant will be a part of a team that meets with clients on a monthly basis. This role could suit someone from either a legal or information background.
The key responsibilities and objectives include, but are not limited to:
Exporting information and data (predominantly regulatory focused) from content aggregators
Review and categorise information and data, escalating key content to Knowledge Lawyers
Publishing content to the client knowledge portals
As part of a team, meeting with clients to discuss and review content
Working with multiple internal stakeholder groups including research, legal tech and lawyers
Supporting on and providing training on KnowHow management
Working in a role that is predominantly home-based, but with a need to occasionally travel to one of the firms office locations in the South-West, Midlands, Manchester or Scotland
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
An ability to operate in a client facing role
Ideally, some experience in a law firm as either a paralegal, knowledge or information professional
Some research experience would be particularly beneficial, as would the use of content aggregators
Working with spreadsheets, databases and other platforms
An ability to work to multiple deadlines and occasionally under pressure
Experience with HighQ would be extremely beneficial
