Role Description
VentureCap Group is on the look out for a
full-time remote
Executive Assistant to support our busy MD with a wide range of administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating schedules, organising meetings, handling communications, creating presentations and assisting in daily administrative tasks as the company continues to evolve and grow it's portfolio.
Key responsibilities
* Diary, inbox, and travel management
* Preparing reports, presentations, and investor packs
* Minute-taking at shareholder meetings across all brands
* Managing expenses, invoices, and other finance processes
* Acting as a trusted contact for stakeholders
About You
* Confident in stakeholder management, no matter the industry or seniority
* Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Knowledge of governance processes and meeting protocols
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Proactive, discreet, and confident working at pace
* Interested in learning about company operations

Salary
