THE JOB
Responsible for key daily processes following company guidelines and ensuring effective communication. Play a crucial role in delivering industry-leading service to internal and external customers.
Daily technical support in a busy workshop, including:
* Leading technical support by repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining agricultural machinery and equipment from top brands.
* Diagnosing and repairing machinery to manufacturer standards with high accuracy.
* Providing technical advice and guidance across the business.
* Maintaining an on-call service and providing out-of-hours support as needed.
* Working in the workshop or in the field/on farms as required.
* Ensuring Dealer Standards are upheld and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
* Collaborating with machinery departments to ensure quality, accuracy, and deadlines are met.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALITIES REQUIRED
* Team players able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
* Recognized apprenticeship and certified qualifications in servicing and repairing machinery from leading manufacturers.
* Flexible in working on customer sites and in the workshop.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
* Adaptable to change and unexpected demands.
* Proficient in IT, including diagnostic software.
* Flexible working hours during busy seasons and weekends.
* Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK Driving License.
* Experience with equipment from other sectors is also valuable.
