Salary: £25,326 - £28,394 (£13.16 - £14.76 per hour)

About the Service:
The South Lanarkshire Alcohol & Other Drugs REACHOUT Service works within the Alcohol & Drug Partnership to support individuals over 16 with problematic alcohol & drug use through Assertive Outreach and Intensive Case Management. The service targets three groups:
* Individuals who do not engage at any level
* Individuals who sporadically engage, making outcomes difficult to achieve
* Individuals who partially engage, focusing on medical treatment
Our goal is to support recovery using harm reduction approaches, involving families and communities to reduce stigma, and increase engagement and retention. The service operates flexibly across South Lanarkshire, including evenings and public holidays, in partnership with existing services like CAReS teams and The Beacons.
As a Lead Practitioner, you will work with individuals with various support needs, providing practical and emotional support, encouraging achievement of personal goals related to safety, activities, community involvement, health, relationships, and well-being.
IT skills are required for all roles. Successful candidates may need to register with the SSSC within 6 months.
