Role - Associate/Principal Landscape Architect (Design)
Location - Cardiff

About the Role
We're looking for someone who can lead projects from concept through to delivery, bringing fresh ideas, strong technical knowledge, and a collaborative approach. You'll be working on a variety of public realm, urban regeneration, and landscape-led masterplanning projects, helping shape places that make a real difference to people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing high‑quality landscape designs
* Leading projects through all stages
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to a creative, positive studio culture
* Working closely with clients, local authorities, and other disciplines
* Helping to grow the design portfolio by contributing to bids and proposals
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A degree/post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture
* CMLI with a strong track record in landscape architecture
* A passion for great design
* Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for detail
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools
* A good understanding of UK planning policy and sustainability principles
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
