\n \nJoining a small, collaborative HR team, you'll provide operational HR support across a headcount of around 100 employees. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll offer expert advice to managers and employees while also contributing to wider people initiatives. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n- Manage a range of employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters \n- Lead and support HR investigations and formal processes \n- Oversee flexible working requests, family leave, and Occupational Health referrals \n- Maintain accurate records and reporting via the HRIS \n- Support learning & development through qualification tracking and coordination with external assessors \n- Conduct exit interviews and employee surveys; identify and analyse trends \n- Liaise with external employment law advisors to ensure HR practices remain compliant \n \nWe're looking for someone who brings a strong HR generalist background and a genuine commitment to people development.
