* Working in a clean room environment
* Set up, operate, and monitor machinery
* Ensure seamless changes between shifts
* Complete necessary documentation
Required experience for the Production Operative role
* Manufacturing background
* Cleanroom experience (not essential)
* Machine operating experience (desirable, not essential)
