Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a Leadership Development Manager for a client based in Basingstoke. Our client is a well known brand with an employee population of over 7,000 employees. The Leadership Development Manager post is integral to the business learning and talent strategy and will work with around 600 people leaders across the business. You will be required to be in the office two days per week - being present is crucial to build relationships across the business and stay close to your stakeholders.
The role
This is a brilliant role. You will be responsible for the design (20%) and delivery (30%) of the leadership development programmes across the business. Within your scope is leadership, mentoring and management development. The remaining 50% of this role will require you to work and partner with the business to access the learning programmes, work with managers and leaders to build capabilities in the business and work with third party suppliers. You will be responsible for these relationships and onboard and monitor performance. This is a great role for someone who has been in a generalist learning position and wants to specialise in leadership development. You will work closely with the Group Head of Talent and the other learning functions - e-learning and learning delivery teams.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Learning and Development specialist who has had experience of working with leadership teams and team leader populations previously. This role is not heavy on the design and delivery piece but we need a strong business partner who can manage the third party relationships and work closely with the business to deliver on the skill and development gaps that they may have.
