4. Team Leadership & Development: Lead educators and promote continuous professional development.
5. Assessment & Monitoring: Develop assessment strategies that provide meaningful feedback.

Candidate Profile
We seek a creative, dynamic, and forward-thinking practitioner passionate about woodwork and joinery. The ideal candidate will have:
