Your Role
1. Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand project and program business requirements.
2. Lead the Test Assurance capability within the IT Solutions Delivery Pillar for assigned areas.
3. Provide comprehensive reviews of test cases, test designs, and operational readiness.
4. Operate effectively in a multi-vendor environment, ensuring service assurance across suppliers.
5. Engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across both business and IT functions.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align testing strategies with delivery goals.
7. Coordinate with SIAM to understand operational requirements and ensure supplier solutions meet those needs.
8. Manage and oversee testing activities across large-scale programmes, ensuring quality and compliance.
Your Profile
9. 7–10 years of experience in testing and quality assurance, ideally within Banking and/or Payments domains.
10. Proven expertise in test assurance, including operational procedures, auditing, cutover strategy, and resilience planning.
11. Strong background in Quality Engineering with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
12. Experience working on cloud and data technology programmes.
13. Familiarity with large-scale project delivery in complex, multi-vendor environments.
14. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
15. Ability to work collaboratively with SIAM and supplier teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
