VACANCY: MOT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC
Castle Vehicle Servicing is a growing independent multi-brand mot test and motor vehicle service centre located in the Kings Heath Industrial Estate in Northampton. Trading in our fourth year, we aim to provide the highest levels ofvehicle repair servicesand strive to be a great employer. We are currently looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our rapidly expanding business.
Castle Vehicle Services (CVS) are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our growing workshop team. At CV, you’ll work on a wide variety of cars, and lightweight commercial vehicles in our bright and airy workshop.
The ideal candidate will:
* NVQ level 3 qualified with at least4 years of experience working on multi-franchise vehicles including LCV
* Have a full clean UK driving licence.
* Have the ability to be a team player and deliver outstanding customer service
* Have a successful track record and ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment
* Qualification in Airconditioning servicing/ re-gassing, and 4 wheel alignment advantageous
* Have good communication and timekeeping skills
* Proactive, out of the box thinker
* Understand and know how to meet compliance standards across Health and Safety and uphold our high standards of quality
* A valid class 4 & 7 MOT testing license would be highly desirable
The role
In this role, you will feel confident performing mechanical repairs to the highest standards whilst supporting your colleagues with routine servicing and maintenance work on cars and vans.
