Location: Crawley (with regular travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays) Salary: up to £38k commission company annual bonus Company Car About the Role: Join the business as a Key Account Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with key distribution network partners. This role combines strategic account management with solution-based selling and offers a unique mix of office-based, field-based, and industry-facing responsibilities. What You’ll Be Doing: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key distribution accounts Drive sales revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities Understand customer needs and align technical solutions, accordingly, leveraging your knowledge of hardware and network systems Report on key metrics, forecasts, and sales progress to both internal and external stakeholders Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer engagement goals Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing products and strengthening brand awareness Work closely with internal teams (Technical Support, Production, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth customer experiences Support account administration: order processing, quotes, new account setup Monitor market activity and competitor trends to inform strategy Provide insights and feedback to the Innovation team to drive R&D Respond to customer inquiries and resolve challenges promptly and professionally What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a Key Account Manager or similar B2B sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong technical aptitude Customer-first mindset and a proactive approach Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently Confident presenting to clients and delivering product demonstrations Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays as needed Full UK driving license Right to work in the UK If you’re a relationship-focused sales professional with technical flair and ambition, we want to hear from you.
