Overview
We are working with a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Whitstable who are looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to join their skilled bodyshop team. This is a hands-on role suited to a high-quality repairer with strong structural and jig experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of panel beating, from light to heavy accident damage
* Undertake structural repairs, including chassis alignment and jig work
* Perform bonding, welding, and riveting to manufacturer and industry standards
* Strip and refit vehicle panels and components as required
* Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
* Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards
* Work efficiently to meet job deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Skills & Experience Required
1. Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
2. Confident working on all panels and structural repairs
3. Strong jig alignment experience
4. Competent in bonding, welding, and riveting techniques
