You’ll be joining a market-leading sports media business delivering content, production, and technical services across some of the biggest names in global sport. Think elite live events, major federations, premium rights holders, and large-scale broadcast operations.
What You’ll Be Working On
* Owning delivery of engineering projects end-to-end
* Leading technical workflows across broadcast + IT infrastructure
* Making key decisions on equipment selection, design, and procurement
* Delivering Broadcast IP network projects (SMPTE 2022 / 2110 / NMOS)
* Managing documentation including timelines, schematics, workflows, cable schedules
* Supporting facility upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects
* Line managing engineers and developing technical capability across the team
* Acting as a consultative lead on new business pitches, RFPs, and growth projects
* Driving reliability, service quality, and engineering excellence

What You’ll Bring
* Strong engineering background across Broadcast + IT
* Proven experience delivering technical projects
* Strong understanding of IP broadcast network design + implementation
* Ability to lead engineers and raise standards
* Comfortable owning technical decisions and driving delivery
* Strong stakeholder communication internally and externally
