Are you a recently qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to start your career within a highly regarded, supportive law firm?
Our client is a leading Oxford-based law firm with a strong national reputation for excellence across both commercial and personal legal services.
Its Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team is expanding and is now seeking a recently qualified (0-2 PQE) Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Lawyer to gain hands-on experience with high-quality claimant clinical negligence work, supported by recognised specialists in the field.
The Role
You will handle a claimant-focused caseload of clinical negligence matters, including:
* Birth injury and obstetric claims
* Cerebral palsy cases
* Spinal injury and brain injury claims
* Serious and catastrophic injury matters
You will manage your own files (with supervision), typically up to 25-30 matters and work closely with senior solicitors on higher-value and complex cases – ideal for developing strong technical and litigation skills early in your career.
