Are you an experienced and reliable plumber looking for a dynamic role with great benefits? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join our clients team, covering commercial properties in and around Wakefield, with occasional travel to Belfast for specific projects.
The Role
This is a full:time position working 45 hours per week on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule when travelling. When traveling to Belfast, all travel expenses will be paid and a nightly allowance will be provided.
Whats On Offer
* Competitive Salary: GBP37,440 per annum.
* Company van, fuel card and tools provided
* Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
* 30 days annual holidays inclduing bank holidays
* Travel and Accommodation: All travel expenses and a nightly allowance will be allocated for project in Belfast.

Duties And Responsibilities
* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial plumbing systems.
* Carrying out repairs, installations, and fault:finding on pipework, fixtures, and appliances.
* Dealing with drainage issues, leaks, and blockages.
* Conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate service records.
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified plumber with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing).
* Proven experience in a mobile or commercial maintenance role.
* Strong fault:finding and problem:solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to travel and stay away from home for periods of time.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
