Senior Project Manager – Firfield, Berkshire – Industrial Refurbishment & Commercial Fitout projects
The client is a main-contractor who specialise in Industrial Refurbishments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis
* Coordinate / book all trades
* Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
* Order / request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
* Liaise with the client on any design / site issues that need resolving
* Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
* Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.
Qualifications
* SMSTS & CSCS Card
* First Aid Certificate
* Previous Industrial Refurbishment / Commercial Fitout exp
