In this dynamic position, you will serve as the primary contact for your clients, overseeing projects from initial brief through to design, production, and final installation. Collaborating closely with our in-house design, production, and purchasing teams, you will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This fast-paced role involves managing multiple accounts and fostering new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with some of the UK’s leading retail brands.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.
* Oversee multiple projects from concept to installation.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, purchasing, and logistics.
* Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and project timelines.
* Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall profitability.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
* Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and communication.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, particularly in retail instore and window display/POS sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and project management capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
