Salary: £27,000-£29,000
Join our team as an Accounts Assistant. This role involves managing credit card and travel expenses, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring accurate financial operations in collaboration with our German colleagues.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage all credit card and travel expenses efficiently.
* Assist the bookkeeping team with contacting suppliers and subcontractors regarding invoice discrepancies.
* Verify bank information and assist with other related duties as needed.
* Support our German colleagues with bookkeeping tasks that are relevant to UK operations.
* Chase missing receipts and expenses from colleagues to ensure timely financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Significant experience with managing credit card and travel expense is required.
* Proficient in MS Office software.
* Knowledge of German is advantageous but not essential.
* Responsible, thorough, and diligent with the ability to work independently.
* Confident in handling queries and chasing up on delayed submissions from colleagues.
