We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team in supporting children and young people within a residential care setting. You will assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Key Responsibilities * Support the Registered Manager in managing the daily operations of the home. * Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, care planning, and regulatory standards. * Oversee and review risk assessments, behaviour management plans, and reports. * Act as a role model, promoting a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. * Deputise for the Registered Manager as required. * Support training, supervision, and development of team members.
