INVESTMENT MANAGER – DIRECTOR LEVEL
UP TO £125,000 BASIC + PERFORMANCE BONUS | BIRMINGHAM | LEADING WEALTH MANAGER
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced Investment Manager to join one of the UK's most respected wealth management businesses in their Birmingham office. My client is looking for a Director-level individual to take on and develop a high-quality book of HNW private client relationships, with real scope to build something significant over the coming years.

The role:
* Take on responsibility for an established portfolio of high-net-worth private clients, delivering a first-class, personalised investment management service
* Actively build and develop the client book through professional introducers, networking events, seminars, and referrals, bringing a clear and considered approach to business development
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across financial planning, tax, and other disciplines to deliver joined-up wealth management solutions
* Contribute to the growth and profile of the Birmingham office, acting as a credible and visible ambassador for the business in the local market
What we're looking for:
* An experienced Investment Manager operating at or ready for Director level, with a strong track record of managing HNW private client portfolios
* A background working with charities and trustee clients would be a real advantage, though strong general HNW private client experience is equally welcome
* A genuine appetite for business development, someone who enjoys this part of the role and can articulate a credible plan for how they would grow a client base
* Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to represent the business externally with professional introducers and at industry events
* Relevant professional qualifications are ideally CFA, CISI Level 7, or equivalent
