Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhance existing ones. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise the performance of applications. Ensure adherence to software quality and security standards. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Qualifications : Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, PHP, or Go. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
