Krispy Kreme is looking for a Logistics Team Manager to inspire and lead our driver team. Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a high-performing driver team with daily check-ins and coaching.
* Recruit, train, and develop drivers to deliver outstanding service.
* Plan rotas four weeks in advance and keep routes running smoothly.
* Ensure every delivery is safe, compliant, and on schedule.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and drive continuous improvement.
* Keep vehicles, systems, and compliance records in top shape.
* Proven leadership experience in logistics or transport.
* Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of transport compliance and safety standards.
* Experience with route planning and transport systems.
* CPC qualification (desirable).
Qualifications
* Competitive salary, paid monthly
* 45 hours per week (Any 5 days over 7)
* Flexible 9 hour shifts between 5am and 9pm
