We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Services Manager; you will be based in the North West, within reasonable travelling distance of Cheshire, Merseyside, and Staffordshire Moorlands (our “South” Region). You will be home-based when not travelling across your region, but will also be required to travel to our modern Collaboration Hub/Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training.
What will I be responsible for doing?
As one of the Housing Services Managers for the Group, you will be responsible for delivering regional housing management, tenancy enforcement, and allocations services for approximately 10,000 of our 22,000 general needs properties across Cheshire, Merseyside, and Staffordshire Moorlands.
Leading and supporting three Regional Housing Teams, you will work closely with another Housing Services Manager (covering our “North” Region), other departmental leaders, and their teams to ensure the success of our service, paving the way for future improvements through innovation.
As a Housing Operations Service Manager, you will be an experienced Housing Management professional with senior-level experience leading multi-functional customer service teams.
You will be the Group’s operational lead for Allocations and Lettings, with regional responsibility for lettings performance, tenancy, and neighbourhood management activities. You will proactively respond to incidents and complaints, adhere to and report on KPIs, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and legislation.
