This role will support the finance team with core month-end responsibilities, focusing on balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their finance career within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Duties will include:
1. Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
2. Assisting in the production of monthly management packs and related financial reports
3. Supporting the month-end close process, including journal preparation and ledger maintenance
4. Investigating and resolving variances and reconciling discrepancies in a timely manner
5. Collaborating with wider finance and operational teams to provide insight and support decision-making
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar finance role. Strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, as is a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
