We're looking to hire a new Recruitment Consultant, to join the Steadman Brown team in Dartford, Kent.
We're looking for those with 6+ months sales experience (recruitment experience not essential), although experienced recruiters, are also of interest to us.
We will mentor and coach you to become a leading recruiter in the Salesforce space, with opportunities for you to move into a 360 Consultant role, or stay within a Delivery focused position.
We are based in Dartford Kent, and are looking for someone local / able to be office based.
Salary open to discussion, dependent on experience.
On Target earnings: Yr 1: 25-45k, Yr 2: 45-60k.
Uncapped commission range of 8-25%.
All staff receive private health and dental care.
Requirements
* 6+ months experience in a sales and / or recruitment type role
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Comfortable being on the phone for large periods of the day
* A desire to win - you must be competitive!
* Money motivated!
