Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Signage Installation Operative to support live events across an exciting portfolio of elite sporting properties, including European football, golf, and multi-sport events. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to develop experience within live events, branding, and installation operations.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the installation and removal of signage, graphics, and advertising boards at live events
* Support the logistics and installation team with day-to-day operational tasks
* Help prepare equipment, stock, and materials for upcoming installations
* Maintain installation records and report any issues to senior team members
* Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting signage materials when required
* Ensure work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised at all times
* Follow health & safety procedures during all installation activities
* Provide general on-site support during busy event periods and occasional out-of-hours work
The successful applicant will:
* Have some experience installing signage, graphics, branding, or working within events/production environments
* Be reliable, punctual, and well organised
* Be proactive and willing to learn from senior team members
* Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Be flexible with working hours, including overtime when required
* Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred)
* Have good verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
* Enjoy hands-on, physical work in fast-paced live event environments
