Our Retained Client are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to start on a 3 month contract ASAP
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management matters.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee/lead the recruitment process, including job advertising, competency based interviewing, IT setup, and deliver onboarding and induction programmes.
3. Training & Development: Identify training needs and work with Managers to develop and deliver relevant training initiatives, particularly for management and staff.
4. Performance Management: Manage performance reviews, appraisals, and the development of personal improvement plans. Work with Managers to address any underperformance issues, develop training and development plans, issue letters and warnings, and provide appropriate support.
