We're looking for an experienced Operational Resilience Lead to join our Operational Risk & Resilience team. In this role, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Unum's Operational Resilience Framework - ensuring we can effectively prepare for, withstand, and recover from disruption. You'll oversee Business Continuity Planning, support Technology on Disaster Recovery, run scenario and resilience testing, and act as a key member of our Crisis Management arrangements. You'll work closely with teams across the business to assess resilience impacts, strengthen continuity plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. What will you bring? What We're Looking For - Strong experience in operational resilience, business continuity, DR and crisis management - ideally within financial services. - Knowledge of PRA/FCA resilience requirements and ability to apply them practically. - Experience running resilience exercises and managing complex incidents calmly and effectively. - Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and lead workshops. - Understanding of technology resilience, cyber risk, and supplier dependency risks. - Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. BCI, IRM, ISACA) welcomed. \LI-Hybrid \LI-AM1 Why join us?
