We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. From managing project documentation to supporting the survey team and liaising with clients, your attention to detail and organisational skills will help keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities

·Provide administrative support to the directors, surveyors, and wider team

·Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

·Maintain accurate records of projects, logging enquires and managing initial project administration.

·Raise purchase orders, invoices, and track job costs where required

·Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and office logistics

·Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

·Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact for clients

·Conduct desktop utility searches to support survey planning

·Arrange travel and accommodation (flights, ferries, trains, hotels) for surveyors working away

·Manage company expense and reconcile monthly statements

·Complete new supplier onboarding forms and maintain electronic/online portals

·Coordinate training for surveyors as required

·Schedule and oversee general office maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, roofing)

·Previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role

·Excellent communication and organisational skills

·Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

·A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

·Experience in construction, engineering, or surveying environments is desirable but not essential
