Lead Go Engineer

What you'll do:
* Own technical design, delivery, and documentation of core products
* Lead architecture discussions and write hands-on code
* Mentor engineers and raise the bar for technical excellence
* Balance agility, scalability, and reliability in a fast-moving environment
