The successful Solicitor will oversee a broad range of non:contentious private client matters, providing guidance to a diverse client base during often sensitive and challenging times.
- The firm is looking for a skilled lawyer with solid technical expertise across Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
- You must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a compassionate and practical way, delivering tailored legal advice that reduces stress and helps build trusted, long:term client relationships.
- You will manage your own caseload and client base, working within a busy and well:supported team, with access to high:quality work and opportunities to contribute to business development.
