Assisting manufacturing in all Value Stream areas achieving efficiencies required. 2. Understanding Team Improvement Boards and ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement metrics are updated and how to do so. 3. Participate with Teams assisting and contributing to continuous improvement activities. 4. Ensure all health and safety and environmental policies are followed and address all safety noncompliance. 5. Support manufacturing needs including productivity, customer service, scheduling, material issues, standard work, and other related areas. 6. To be trained and capable in a range of operations and demonstrate flexibility relevant to manufacturing processes. 7. Basic problem solving. 8. Work with the Lean engineers to improve processes. 9. Working with Inbound Logistics - receiving of material, including admin and transactions.
