Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £80 - £90 Per day Job Duties: Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment Assisting with behaviour management and social skills development Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Relevant experience working with children with SEN Good communication and interpersonal skills Education: Level 2 or higher qualification in Teaching Assistance or relevant field Experience: Prior experience working in a classroom setting with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN strategies and techniques Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents Strong organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or related field Training in safeguarding and child protection Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school environment with students with SEN.
