What you'll do
* Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
* Ensure the highest standards of person-centred care and safeguarding
* Promote positive outcomes and opportunities for children and young people
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
What we're looking for
* Essential: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or Equivalent)
* Experience in a children's residential care setting
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
* Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
