Job Opportunity: Qualified Finance Manager
Sheridan Maine is proud to partner with a well-established Hampshire-based business to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager.
This varied role works closely with the Finance Director and oversees all day-to-day accounting activities. As a newly created position, it offers a significant career opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a small finance team
2. Oversee all daily financial accounting transactions
3. Handle month-end closing for multiple entities
4. Ensure statutory reporting compliance
5. Support external and internal audit processes
Candidate Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Strong team management skills
* Advanced Excel skills and ERP system knowledge
* Experience in an international business (desirable)
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous management experience. A background in Manufacturing or Technology is advantageous.
