This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support the day-to-day running of our in-house transport function within a fast-paced and growing construction business. JRL Group is a highly successful, privately owned national construction group headquartered in North London. With continued growth across our specialist divisions, we are now looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join our central Transport team based at our Borehamwood Head Office. THE ROLE As a Transport Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Transport team, helping to ensure the efficient coordination of vehicles, drivers, and transport-related documentation across the Group. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Transport department Maintain and update transport records, databases, and spreadsheets Assist with vehicle and driver compliance documentation Liaise with drivers, site teams, and internal stakeholders Support scheduling, allocation, and tracking of vehicles Process transport-related paperwork accurately and efficiently Ensure company procedures and compliance standards are followed Assist with general office administration duties as required Skills & Experience Previous administration experience essential; transport or logistics experience desirable Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Benefits Competitive salary with confidence of working for an established and growing company Company Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Opportunity for progression within the business An opportunity to work on some of the nations most exciting construction projects Dedicated Training & Development Department A stimulating and dynamic working environment Newly refurbished gym and on-site facilities at Head Office In-house barista and Subsidised cafeteria Team bonding and sporting events APPLY To apply for this position, please submit your application via the advert along with a copy of your CV for immediate review
