As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef & Sous chef in delivering a consistently high standard of food to members and their guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a refined, professional kitchen, producing modern, seasonal dishes with a focus on quality and presentation.

About the role:
Support the Head Chef & Sous chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure smooth service and consistent food quality.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen hygiene standards.
Contribute creative ideas to menus and specials.
About You:
Previous experience as a Chef de partie within high-end restaurants, hotels, or private members clubs.
Passionate about seasonal ingredients and modern British/European cuisine.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
