Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on carrying out maintenance and repair tasks that keep our hotel operating safely, efficiently, and comfortably for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
* Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.
* Support the upkeep of life safety systems and equipment.
* Maintain the hotel's appearance, including furniture, fittings, and finishes.
* Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
About You:
* Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within hospitality or a similar environment.
* Practical skills in general maintenance, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical or HVAC an advantage.
* A positive attitude and strong commitment to guest service.
* Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
* Awareness of Health & Safety practices.
