THE ROLE As People Coordinator, you will be responsible for elevating the people process, taking a digital-first approach, where appropriate to ensure that systems and processes are best in class and up to date. Key responsibilities: Be proactive in looking for suitable candidates for the agency. Utilise social media channels to identify talent, build relevant talent pools and maintain strong relationships with best talent in the marketplace. Coordinate on interview arrangements with hiring managers, contacting candidates or recruiters. Manage the yearly graduate recruitment process including job postings, managing responses, creating shortlists and booking in assessments. Management of the company’s wellbeing app and dashboard, keeping on top of monthly usage and report on findings. Work with partners to develop digital first onboarding solutions. Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners. Act as the first point of contact for employees and general queries. Administration of payroll process for UK & US, working with the finance team to communicate and input changes on a monthly basis. Manage US intern’s payment cycles in line with timesheets. THE PERSON It is essential for this role, that you have strong HR admin background, having worked in a similar role already. You must be competent in using a variety of people and payroll systems, whilst being comfortable in processing payroll on a monthly basis. Lastly, it would be highly advantageous that you have an interest in the beauty market.
