We are seeking professionals with a strong background in adult social work, capable of managing complex cases and demonstrating thorough knowledge of the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005), and safeguarding. You will collaborate closely with a diverse range people across all sections of Norfolk’s communities, liaising with working in collaboration with internal and external professionals, including Social Workers, Assistant Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, NHS colleagues, District Councils and partner organisations across the community.
