We offer a wide range of industry leading benefits, including: 25 Days annual leave per annum Company sick pay scheme Access to Digital GP & Medicash Scheme *subject to conditions* Excellent Company Pension Scheme Death in Service - 3x salary (subject to company pension enrolment, upon completion of probationary period) Enhanced Family Leave Pay High staff discounts & rewards scheme Recruitment bonus scheme New business lead scheme Employee Assistance Programme What you will need: Previous expierience in similar industry Experience in leading/managing multi-site/contract Commerical Awareness Experience of operating budgets in excess of £16m Problem solving and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Support financial/commerical revies across all branches within London Adopting the principles of the Colleague Charter, be responsible for all operational colleagues an have a full understanding of the functions covered including - security guarding, electronic solutions such as CCTV & access control, key holding, post room, reception and general business support Drive performance indicators within the relevant branch on: TrakTik management visits; EDOB, Portal KPIs; DM activity; Customer Portal compliance(Site Docs/Minutes etc); Open Posts etc Liaise and meet with customers on a regular basis to review & record contract performance, agree budgets and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained leading to contract retention To be responsible for resources levels of contracted, ad-hoc and special events, including Commissionaires Driving Contract & Duty Managers and CS ensuring that sufficient and suitable staff are available Review of the Establishment Doc and feed into the Monthly Reports on Branch stats re: Recruitment Through direct site visits and/or via the Contract/Duty Managers - via the company's T&A system, ensure the saftey & well-being of both customer staff & Corps colleagues are maintained Ensure monthly meetings are planned with all clients and both KPI meeting minutes are completed and saved Ensure finiancial analysis of branch P&L takes place on a regular basis Identify area for additional business, from both current & potential customers, and provide ongoing support to the Business Development team Diversity is important to Corps Security; we believe that each individual has unique talents to contribute to the business.
