Ideal Candidate
- Background in chilled food manufacturing.
- Experience working with major retailers.
- Great interpersonal skills, ensuring pre-existing relationships and new ones can be formed with retailers and staff alike.
- Enthusiastic about driving a successful technical team to success.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all technical, quality, food safety, regulatory, compliance and hygiene activities.
- Maintaining and creating new relationships closely with major retailers.
- Build capability through coaching, succession planning and robust performance management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team to deliver high performance and a strong food safety culture.
