About the Role
We're hiring a Project Administrator to join a growing utilities contractor based in Leeds, supporting the delivery of key infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to play a vital role in keeping fast-paced projects running smoothly.
You'll be part of a collaborative team working on residential, commercial, and renewable energy developments - including EV charging, battery storage, and multi-utility installations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting project managers and delivery teams with day-to-day administration
* Managing documentation, reports, and project records
* Coordinating internal communications and scheduling meetings
* Assisting with procurement tracking and supplier liaison
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and client requirements
* Helping maintain accurate data across systems and platforms
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or project support role (ideally in construction, utilities, or engineering)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
* A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
