This is a true hunter role, focused on winning new contracts across security and cleaning services. The Opportunity You will take ownership of developing new business across a diverse client base, including corporate, commercial, industrial, education, retail, and public sector environments. This is not an account management role its about opening doors, creating opportunities, and converting them into long-term contracts. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify and win new FM contracts across: Corporate security & manned guarding Specialist security services Commercial & contract cleaning Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and tender opportunities Engage senior decision-makers including Facilities, Estates, and Procurement teams Drive opportunities from initial contact through to contract award Sales & Commercial Activity Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close Prepare high-quality tenders and proposals with internal support Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates Negotiate commercially sound agreements aligned with company objectives Market Development Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities Build strong relationships to generate repeat and cross-selling opportunities Provide market insights to support future growth strategies About You Were looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional with a proven background in Facilities Management.
