We're looking for a Design Surveyor to join our Heathrow Quieter Neighbourhood Support (QNS) team based in West London.

40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Design Surveyor, you'll work within the Heathrow QNS team, supporting property improvement works to make homes and buildings more resilient to noise from the airport.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Carrying out surveys to properties and interpreting the scope of works in the Statement of Need (SON).
2. Identifying technical elements or implications within the SON and advising on clarifications or instructions.
3. Supporting internal teams (Site Managers, Customer Liaison Officers, Commercial Managers) in understanding project specifications.
4. Ensuring all works comply with specifications, industry standards, and the terms of the QNS and related schemes.
5. Recording and communicating technical findings clearly and efficiently across the project team.
What are we looking for?
This role of Design Surveyor is ideal if:
1. You have experience in planned and/or reactive maintenance in domestic properties.
2. You possess a strong understanding of building regulations and statutory approval processes.
3. You're confident communicating technical details with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
