Are you a skilled closer with experience in hospitality or property management? We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive to identify and win new business opportunities in a rapidly growing sector.

What will you do?

The core responsibilities of this role are:

* Meet calling and multitouch outreach KPIs
* Drive new business through targeted outreach to decision-makers in the hospitality and property management verticals.
* Build and execute strategic sales campaigns to uncover new opportunities.
* Leverage your industry expertise to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals.
* Collaborate with internal and client teams to refine and implement best practices.
* Manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent progress toward goals.
* Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals


What do we look for?

* Previous sales experience is preferred
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* People who embody our core values: curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness and resilience.
* Metrics-driven and goal-orientated.
* Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields.
* A track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on closing new opportunities.
* Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivation and a drive to exceed targets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech tools.
* Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
