Senior Field Marketing Manager - B2B Technology

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Field Marketing Leader to take full ownership of the UK marketing function for a global technology organisation. This is a business-critical role, stepping in as the sole UK marketing lead and partnering closely with the Head of EMEA Marketing Operations.
This position goes beyond execution—you’ll be responsible for shaping strategy, owning budget, and influencing senior stakeholders across global teams, including VP and SVP level.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the UK field marketing strategy, aligning closely with sales objectives and driving measurable business outcomes.
* Pipeline Growth: Take full accountability for generating net-new pipeline and accelerating demand to support revenue growth.
* ABM & Campaign Execution: Design and deliver targeted, high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key strategic accounts.
* Events & Activations: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of UK marketing programs, including executive roundtables, customer events, and industry conferences.
* Data & Insights (Salesforce): Operate as a Salesforce power user—building reports and dashboards to track performance, pipeline health, and identify opportunities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across sales, product marketing, and leadership teams globally.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 10+ years in Field Marketing within B2B environments (not generalist or brand-focused roles).
* Budget Ownership: Proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets with clear ROI delivery.
* Pipeline Generation Focus: Demonstrated success in sourcing net-new pipeline rather than solely supporting existing opportunities.
* Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting and dashboards) is essential. Exposure to Eloqua and Power BI is highly advantageous.
* Self-Sufficiency: Comfortable operating as an individual contributor—balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
* Industry Background: Experience in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments such as SaaS, Cloud, or global technology organisations.
